We are Anja and Björn Niehoff and live in the music city of Gronau in the Münsterland region. Our home, the proximity to nature, and our passion for traveling shape who we are, as does the joy of being hosts. As passionate cyclists and music enthusiasts, we appreciate the diversity that Gronau and the Münsterland region have to offer – and this is exactly the lifestyle and atmosphere we want to share with our guests.

Anja brings many years of experience in the hotel industry and room rental business. Since her youth, she has been involved in her parents' family hotel, which has welcomed guests in Gronau for more than 30 years. Björn is a technical draftsman and has contributed his expertise from planning to implementation in each of our apartment buildings. Together, we combine hospitality with quality, functionality, and a high standard of modern living.

Our story began in 2011 with the purchase of a residential building from the 1960s on Alten Postweg. After a complete renovation, it became City-Apparte ONE, which has been offering guests from Germany and abroad a modern home away from home since 2012. The high demand confirmed our concept and inspired us to continuously develop City-Apparte further.

With City-Apparte EXCLUSIV, we created another apartment building in a central location – only around 250 meters from St. Antonius Hospital. Barrier-free apartments, an elevator, and high-quality furnishings make this building particularly attractive for business travelers, holidaymakers, as well as patients, relatives, doctors, and nursing staff.

Another milestone followed with City-Apparte BOARDING. The modern single apartments in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border were also planned and realized by us. They primarily offer business travelers, contractors, project employees, and cross-border commuters comfortable accommodation for both short and extended stays.

Today, with 23 fully equipped apartments at three locations in Gronau, City-Apparte is one of the leading providers of high-quality temporary apartments in the region. Our guests benefit from modern kitchens, comfortable box-spring beds, Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking spaces, and personal service. Paid wallboxes are available for electric vehicles.

We are particularly proud of our dedicated team. With great care and attention to detail, they ensure every day that our guests feel completely comfortable.
