At the same time, Gronau is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and excursions into nature. The green paths along the Dinkel River and through the surrounding countryside offer relaxation and a variety of memorable experiences.

IMPORTANT OVERVIEW

ARRIVAL

Check-in: from 2:30 pm
there is a key box (you will receive the code in advance by email)
please check the condition of the furniture and inventory as soon as possible
inform us immediately of any defects so that we can remedy them as soon as possible in your interest
please settle your invoice outstanding invoice before your arrival.

DEPARTURE

Check-out: until 10.30 am
please return the furniture and inventory to their original place (especially for groups with "dish exchange")
wash the dishes and cooking utensils
leave the unit swept clean
dispose of your waste in the designated bins (shed/garage)
take your food with you or dispose of it
turn down the heaters, turn off the lights, and close the windows and doors
check all cabinets and drawers for your belongings
please inform us by email or phone if you have damaged any items or furniture, so we can replace it immediately
remember to return the key (there is a large key box in the hallway/entrance area, please drop the key there upon departure)
we hope for your understanding that if the minimum requirements for proper vacation of the unit are not met, we will charge a flat-rate expense allowance of up to 150 € plus the costs for damaged or stolen inventory

BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Bed linen and towels are provided once

INVENTORY

Please inform us on the day of arrival if any inventory is missing or damaged
Damage caused by you must be reported to us at the end of your stay and will be invoiced accordingly
Please leave the inventory in the respective accommodations if you have rented multiple apartments simultaneously

WASTE DISPOSAL

When shopping, prefer environmentally friendly products with minimal packaging
Sort your waste and dispose of it in the appropriate bins in the shelter:
- Paper, cardboard, etc. (blue bin in the garage/shed)
- Plastic (yellow bin in the garage/shed)
- Residual waste (brown bin in the garage/shed)
- Organic waste (green bin in the garage/shed)
Glass bottles and refundable bottles should be disposed of separately (the glass container is located at the Old Palace Square, at the bus station)

PARKING

One parking spot is available for each residential unit free of charge.
You can find parking spaces in front of the house.
Bicycles can be safely stored in the shed or garage.
Wallboxes for electric vehicles can be used for an additional fee.

SMOKING

is only allowed outdoors!
Ashtrays are provided for smokers in the terrace area or on the balconies
In case of non-compliance, we charge a fee of 100 €

QUIET HOURS

in the morning until 7:30 am
in the afternoon from 12 pm to 2 pm
in the evening from 10 pm onwards

KEY

Please take care of your apartment key
The key opens the front door and your apartment
The key is tied to a locking system, if you lose it, please inform us immediately (for a lock replacement, etc. we charge a fee of €250)

DISHWASHER

All apartments are equipped with a dishwasher
Dishwasher tabs and toilet paper are provided once

WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER

There is a washing machine, a dryer, and clotheslines in the basement
You need a 2-euro coin for the coin-operated machine (on the wall)
Please do not dry clothes in the apartments (as moisture can cause mold)

We can clean your room upon request with prior arrangement. Please contact us 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp at 0160-90293782 or email at info@cityapparte.com.
Please note that we do not clean on weekends and holidays - we appreciate your understanding.
