Hey, we are Anja and Björn Niehoff and come from the beautiful music city of Gronau in the Münsterland region. We love cycling and are very close to nature. We also love to travel and both of us are music fans. We appreciate the diversity that our hometown and the Münsterland region offer.

Professionally, Anja brings a lot of experience in the field of room rental, as her parents have been running a family hotel in Gronau for over 30 years, in which she has actively participated. Björn works as a construction draftsman and works for his father, who is a successful architect in Gronau.

In 2011, we purchased an old house from the 1960s at "Alten Postweg 3" and completely gutted and renovated it. We converted it into a modern studio and 2-room apartment building, which has been rented out since April 2012 under the name "City Apparte ONE". Demand is growing steadily, which is why we have taken the opportunity to plan and build another house ourselves. This resulted in our second apartment building in "Dr.-Selbert-Straße 1", the "City Apparte EXCLUSIV". Here we offer spacious studios, 2-room apartments, and penthouse studios, which are barrier-free and accessible by elevator. All apartments are equipped with high-quality furnishings and are located close to the city center, right next to the hospital.

We are so enthusiastic about our project that we started building our third apartment building in 2022, which we will call "City Apparte BOARDING". It is located directly on the border with the Netherlands, at "Grüner Weg 2", and is perfect for cross-border commuters. The house will be planned and built by ourselves and the apartments will have a modern design. We look forward to starting the rental in early 2024 and facing the new challenges.

Since 2021, our apartment buildings have been equipped with a wall box for electric cars in the parking lot, which can be used for free. We are particularly proud of our team, which supports us in cleaning the apartments. This is always a special challenge, but our cleaning team is also available on holidays and weekends.
