The ONE on Alten Postweg is the first building of City-Apparte and thus symbolizes the beginning of a relaxing stay.

The ONE is a modern apartment building in Gronau in the Münsterland region, a city full of music and history. Visit the rock'n'popmuseum, which brings you closer to the fascinating world of popular music. It is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment building. If you feel like taking a trip, you can reach the Dutch border, which is only 1.5 km away.

The apartments at the ONE are modern and comfortably furnished. They radiate a warm atmosphere. Equipped with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom, you also have WLAN access to stay connected or work.

In each apartment, you can use your own fully equipped kitchenette. Equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee Tassimo machine, and refrigerator (without freezer). If you prefer to eat out, you will find many restaurants in the city center, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
